LABORATORY OF GEOLOGICAL MAPPING
The laboratory of geological mapping enables the implementation of high quality didactic and training classes in the field of elaboration of maps and geological cross-sections, as well as detailed analysis and visualization of spatial data, using the latest multimedia and modern cartographic methods.
Lab is equipped with 16 computer stations, professional operator's station, A3 laser printer and portable multimedia devices / tablets /. Lab provides constant access to the Internet and specialized software, including for Global Mapper and Art. Gis programs, widely used in such industries as: geodesy and cartography, exploitation of natural resources, environmental protection and engineering, spatial management and administration, and many other science and education disciplines.
